Ryan Duffy

Ryan Duffy was raised in Madison, South Dakota, and he holds a Criminal Justice Bachelor of Science degree and Political Science Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Dakota. Ryan's Juris Doctorate was earned from the University of South Dakota School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the state of South Dakota. ​​Ryan practiced criminal law at the Minnehaha County Public Defender's Office for more than four years before opening his law office in 2012. While practicing criminal law at the Minnehaha County Public Defender's Office, he earned valuable courtroom and negotiation experience and defended cases from DWI/DUI to Grand Theft, Aggravated Assault, Rape, Drug Distribution, Burglary, Robbery, and Homicide. After opening Ryan Duffy Law in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Ryan decided to focus primarily on DWI/DUI and criminal defense cases, helping clients attain sentence modifications and pardons. Ryan understands anyone can be charged with a crime, and everyone deserves fervent representation. Ryan is dedicated to protecting his clients' rights and ensuring a just resolution to their unique legal cases.
