Rusty serves as an elder law attorney in the Kansas City metro with more than 30 years of legal experience dedicated to helping seniors and their families with comprehensive Medicaid planning, estate planning, and long-term care strategies. His early background as an accountant and tax attorney gives him an exceptional understanding of how to protect assets from taxes and rising care costs while ensuring benefit eligibility for seniors and their loved ones.
