Rachel L. Wright

Rachel Wright is an attorney within the Corporate Department of Rupp Pfalzgraf. Rachel's practice has a heightened focus on the needs of the hospitality industry, nonprofits, small businesses, and compliance. Prior extensive experience in the hospitality industry gives Rachel a unique understanding of the legal needs of that industry. Rachel is equipped to handle Joint ventures, issues in corporate governance and structuring, commercial contracts, entity formation, business compliance, mergers and acquisitions, liquor licensing for bars and restaurants, and issues in employment law. Ms. Wright obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Buffalo School of Law. She also holds a Master of Arts in Arts Management and has worked extensively in the arts and nonprofit sector.
