Steven Price Nixon

Rundlett Law Firm is proud to announce that Steven Price Nixon is joining our awesome team! Steven will be helping people strategize their life plans with Wills, Trusts, and Health Care Directives. He will also handle Estate and Probate matters in Chancery Court. Additionally, Steven will help families with their property issues and can help cure land title problems. Steven is a native of Clinton, Mississippi. He and his wife, Fran, are raising three sons. Steven earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree, magna cum laude, from Louisiana Tech University in 1999 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence, cum laude, from Mississippi College School of Law in 2004. He has managed a successful law practice in Clinton since 2006 and he also formerly served as Municipal Court Judge for the City of Clinton. He has extensive courtroom and trial experience in Chancery Court, County Court, and Circuit Court. Steven also has appellate law experience, having served from 2004-2005 as a Judicial Clerk for the late Judge William Myers on the Mississippi Court of Appeals. He has briefed and argued appellate cases since then before both the Mississippi Supreme Court and Mississippi Court of Appeals. He is licensed to practice law in Mississippi and Louisiana and maintains an intermediate level of Spanish language fluency.
