With more than thirty years of experience in appellate and trial-level litigation, I offer unrelenting representation of my clients' interests, working primarily with other attorneys to present the best possible written product for their clients' substantive motions and appeals. I was the primary briefing attorney for more than 11,000 plaintiffs injured while working in the rescue, recovery and clean-up following the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center and have worked on both plaintiff and defense matters as well as within the New York State court system. In addition to appeals and complex motions, I represent attorneys in the grievance process and am certified as a commercial mediator.
