Adam David Rossen

I am Adam Rossen, an award-winning criminal and DUI defense lawyer based in Broward. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of representing thousands of clients in a wide range of cases, from DUI and domestic violence to more severe felony crimes such as drug trafficking, burglary, robbery, sexual battery, and vehicular homicide. I am a fearless trial attorney with experience in over 50 jury trials, achieving numerous acquittals and dismissals on both felony and misdemeanor charges. I take great pride in my ability to secure the best possible outcomes for my clients while ensuring they are well-informed and cared for every step of the way. Before dedicating my practice to DUI and criminal defense, I served as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County, where I prosecuted the very crimes I now defend against. This experience has provided me with a deep understanding of how the opposition thinks and prepares their cases against my clients. I was the first to be promoted out of 33 lawyers in my class and was recognized for my successful prosecution of habitual offenders. I am a lifelong resident of South Florida and have a passion for coaching high school basketball. For over a decade, I have coached basketball and led the American Heritage team to a State Championship in 2014. Over 20 of my former players have advanced to play college basketball.
