Ross Simpson III

Ross Simpson is a North Carolina attorney dedicated to standing up for injured workers. A native of North Carolina, Ross brings a deep connection to his community and a strong commitment to protecting the rights of hardworking individuals across the state. Ross earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Elon University, where he also served as a volunteer firefighter with the Town of Elon Fire Department. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law in Greensboro. After passing the North Carolina Bar, Ross began his legal career at a state-wide law firm, where he initially handled personal injury cases. It didn’t take long for him to discover his passion for workers’ compensation law—advocating for employees navigating the challenges of workplace injuries. His leadership and results led to his appointment as head of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation division in 2017. Over the years, he has successfully handled complex cases involving both personal injury and workplace claims, giving him a comprehensive approach to maximizing recovery for his clients. In 2022, after more than a decade of proven success, Ross founded Ross Law with a clear mission: to provide focused, compassionate, and aggressive representation for injured workers. He is committed to ensuring his clients receive the medical care, wage replacement, and long-term support they are entitled to under the law.
