Attorney Marc E. Golden is the Worker's Compensation Practice Chair for Rosenthal, Levy, Simon & Sosa. He has more than 32 years of experience practicing law. Marc received his Juris Doctor degree from Nova, Southeastern University and is known for his professionalism, personal touch and his special ability to understand people. Marc has handled thousands of cases and easily builds good working relationships with his clients. He has extensive knowledge of the law and is always working on staying on top of new laws. Before joining Rosenthal, Levy, Simon & Sosa, Mr. Golden served as an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County and is a lifetime resident of South Florida. He works with clients from all industries such as agriculture, construction and public safety. Marc has seen every type of case over his career and there are very few issues he hasn't experienced at one point in time. He has represented thousands of injured workers and his extensive experience with disability claims helps him secure the most desired outcome for his clients.
