Alexis Rosenberg (aka Litigation Lex®) ’s practice areas include Business Litigation, Employment Law, Healthcare Law and Cannabis Law. She has extensive experience with Federal and state litigation including in the areas of business, racketeering, fraud, healthcare fraud defense, contractual disputes, personal injury. Ms. Rosenberg aka Litigation Lex® regularly appears on Law & Crime, Court TV, ABC7, iCrime with Elizabeth Vargas as a legal commentor. Alexis Rosenberg has successfully advocated for major businesses and corporate clients against claims of fraud and contractual disputes. She also represents individuals who have been wrongfully denied payment by their insurance carriers. Ms. Rosenberg started her career at the Broward State Attorney's office and transitioned to representing insurance companies which provided her with insight into the tactics and strategies used by insurance companies which she utilizes now when fighting for her clients. IMs. Rosenberg has for multiple years been selected as Florida Legal Elite which is given to only 5% of all attorneys in the geographic area. She continues to advocate zealously on behalf of her clients at Rosenberg Law. Ms. Rosenberg is very active in her community. She is the former chair of the Advertising Committee for the Florida Bar; former co-chair for the Sarasota County Bar Association Council for Diversity and Inclusion; past President for Florida Association for Women Lawyers Sarasota Chapter. She has been on the gala committee for Sarasota Memorial Hospital Foundation which raised over 1 million dollars as well as on the gala committee for Planned Parenthood.
