Brian is a Senior Attorney with Rosenbaum & Segall, P.C., focused on Amazon-related matters. He works closely with a team of lawyers, paralegals, former Amazonians, and professionals dedicated to supporting individuals and companies selling on Amazon and other online platforms. Brian serves in the Brand Protection and Litigation Departments, helping Amazon sellers defend against federal TROs, resolve disputes with Amazon, and navigate contractual arbitrations. He also advises on patent, trademark, and copyright matters and represents clients before the USPTO, handling trademark and patent applications from filing through registration, as well as TTAB opposition proceedings. With over 31 years of litigation experience, Brian has served as lead counsel in a broad range of cases involving insurance defense, employment disputes, complex business litigation, & intellectual property. He has significant trial experience in both federal and state courts and regularly represents clients before arbitrators and mediators. Since 2019, he has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in Intellectual Property Litigation and holds a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating. He is also a Martindale-Hubbell Client Gold Champion and maintains a 10/10 AVVO rating.
