Laney Rooks

Laney is a University of California (Hastings) law school graduate. Before law school Laney served in the U.S. Air Force as a medic and was a small business owner. She draws on her experience as a business owner to provide her clients with realistic professional legal advice and guidance. She understands the challenges small business owners encounter and works with them to find solutions to their unique problems. Laney is also a licensed real estate broker and has extensive experience in real property legal matters. She has bought and sold many properties, including investment properties. Through this experience she has gained valuable insights into the real property legal field. During her time as an associate attorney at one of the top law firms in northern California, Laney worked on a myriad of business law, trademark, real property matters, and estate planning.
