I am a Corporate Attorney who regularly advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters and transactions, such as mergers & acquisitions, business agreements and start-up law. The combination of my LL.M. in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law and my litigation background enables me to protect individuals and businesses from all types of legal complexities — all while remaining practical and committed to cost-efficient service. Prior to joining Romano Law, I handled all aspects of litigation from inception through trial in state and federal courts on matters related to business divorces, commercial disputes, breach of contract and fiduciary claims, civil fraud claims (including RICO Act claims as defense counsel) and civil rights actions under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for deprivation of constitutionally-protected rights or property without due process. I successfully assisted in settling a $282,000 federal lawsuit commenced by the firm’s client, a commercial landlord, against a local government entity during the second day of trial.
