About
I am a 2009 graduate of the University of Georgia (B.A. in World History) and a 2016 graduate of Western State College of Law (J.D.). Since 2015, I have helped hundreds of undocumented immigrants obtain legal status and have successfully prevented the deportation of hundreds of immigrants. I started my exposure to immigration while in law school when I participated as a Student Attorney at my law school’s Immigration Clinic. I secured a summary internship with Community Lawyers in the Summer of 2015. Thereafter, I worked for several busy immigration law firms as a paralegal and later as an Associate Attorney before starting my own law firm in January 2023. I started my own law firm in January 2023 and expanded my practice to also include personal injury law. I now focus on family-based immigration, such as green card applications for spouses, children, and parents of US citizens and Legal Permanent Residents, fiancé visas, and consular process (people immigrating from abroad). My personal injury practice focuses on car and automobile accidents. I am the son of immigrants, a first generation U.S. citizen, first person from my immediate family that graduated from high school, university, and law school, and the first attorney. I understand and appreciate the unique struggles of the immigrant community, and the advantages that legal status can bring to a person’s life. I understand that by making informed decisions and working hard anyone can achieve their own version of the American Dream.
