Jacob Bradshaw

Jacob A. Bradshaw is a Senior Associate Attorney at Robinson Farthing Spandau Williams. He grew up in Howard County and graduated from Western High School before earning his B.S. in Public Health from the University of Indianapolis. Jacob went on to receive his J.D. from I.U. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. During his studies, he worked as a Business Liaison in the Indiana Secretary of State’s office and as a Coordinator at Community Health Network. With years of experience in business law and litigation, Jacob specializes in corporate governance, contract disputes, and commercial litigation. He has successfully guided businesses of all sizes through legal challenges, from startups to established corporations. Jacob understands the hard work and dedication that goes into building a business and works tirelessly to ensure his clients’ best interests are represented. His goal is to provide clear, practical legal advice that helps clients navigate today’s complex business environment. Beyond litigation, Jacob also focuses on proactive legal strategies to prevent issues before they arise. His approach is always client-focused, providing customized solutions that consider both the immediate needs and long-term goals of his clients. He is known for his strong work ethic, clear communication, and ability to relate to his clients. Outside of his legal work, Jacob has a hands-on background. He has worked as a contractor and spent time on the farm, where he developed a deep appreciation for hard work, attention to detail, and the value of patience. Jacob believes these experiences help him connect with clients on a personal level and better understand the challenges they face. Jacob is licensed to practice in Indiana State Courts and the U.S. District Court for Southern Indiana.
