Robert Richards

Rob provides legal services in the Santa Fe, Los Alamos, Taos, Albuquerque and Las Vegas environs. Rob is a general practitioner in the areas of, among others, real estate law (A licensed broker), guardianship, family law, trusts and estates, wills, business formation and business law and is able to provide legal services without having to charge for the overhead required by a large law firm. While litigation may be necessary, Rob is a strong supporter of mediated settlements.
