Personality Traits: I am Honest, Motivated, Reliable, Adaptable, Empathetic, Patient, Morally Conscious, Altruistic, Loyal and Responsible; Present Occupation: I am an Attorney at Law duly admitted by the California Supreme Court to the Superior Courts of California May 31, 1979 (civil and criminal litigation Bench and Jury Trials and transactional drafting in Business Law, Bankruptcy Law (including chapters 7, 11 & 13), Real Estate Law, Family Law, Probate [including Guardianships and Conservatorships], Estate Planning [transactional, drafting and litigation], Elder Law-Physical and Financial Abuse, Taxation Law and Criminal Law. I am also admitted to the California 9th Circuit Courts of Appeal, United States Federal District Court, United States Bankruptcy Court and United States Tax Court. I have had the honor of serving as Judge Pro Tempore for the Alameda County Superior Court- Domestic Violence and Small Claims Courts.
