In practice since 1989, our team has led the way in federal student loan discharges, stay violation sanctions and the Mortgage Modification Program in the Middle District of Florida. We teach modification across the country-ND CA, NV, AZ, SC, IL, and NY. We are proud to represent consumers and small businesses in their efforts to stay in their homes and keeping their commercial endeavors viable. To date, we have discharged more than $1.7 million in federal student loans and are going strong with the new guidance. We strive to be the best representation out there for the community.
