Robert is passionate about family law. Divorce and custody cases are just different from other types of litigation. Robert’s practice attempts to resolve divorce cases using collaborative divorce, mediation, uncontested divorces, and resolving divorce cases before any paperwork is filed with the court. Robert believes most divorce cases can be resolved using these non-litigation methods.
