Rob received his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Robert McKinney School of Law, where he also obtained his Corporate and Commercial Law Certificate. Rob has focused his practice on Business Law, Business Disputes and Negotiations, Contracts, Family Law, Real Estate / Property Law, Estate Planning and Civil Litigation. Rob's experience in various industries at the Senior Leadership level positions him to provide guidance to businesses on operational and legal issues. With experience in business operations, technology, contracts, and negotiations, Rob is well positioned to advise businesses of any size on legal matters they may face from formation to dissolution, and anything in between. Rob's Family Law practice has focused on estate planning, divorce matters, property division, custody battles, and marital property agreements. Rob brings a personal approach to estate planning and probate services. Rob seeks to build trusted relationships with clients to provide guidance and advice in all aspects of estate planning and family matters, working together with clients to create individualized, focused plans that strive to provide peace of mind, protection of assets, and assurance for loved ones. Additionally, Rob provides legal services for real estate and property related issues including landlord / tenant disputes, deeds and easements.
