Renee L. Spieckermann founded RLS Law Corporation in 2016. She has practiced exclusively in the realm of trusts and estates since 2012. She is one of a small number of California attorneys who holds the State Bar Certified Specialist designation in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law, earned through examination, peer review, and verified experience. Her LL.M. in Taxation from Loyola Law School makes her qualified to handle estates with tax exposure, retirement accounts, or business interests. We also specialize in first and third party special needs trusts. Further, if you have had a death in the family, we can assist whether that is with a probate proceeding, informal probate steps, or trust administration. We also represent and work with professional fiduciaries and corporate fiduciaries. Renee lives in Santa Clarita with her husband and two daughters. She serves on the boards of the Child & Family Center and Women Empowering Women in Leadership, is also a member of the SCV Chamber of Commerce and SCV Bar Association.
