Originally from Mutual, Oklahoma, Lorena is the proud daughter of two Mexican nationals who have paved the way for her to continually serve and represent her community. Lorena Rivas, also known as Abogada Lorena, is CEO of Rivas & Associates, an immigration law firm that serves immigrants all over the United States. To further assist her clients, she opened Colegio de Sueños (College of Dreams) that offers English as a Second Language (ESL) and citizenship courses to individuals seeking to become citizens of the United States. Attorney Lorena Rivas (Abogada Lorena) is the CEO of Rivas & Associates, one of the nations’s fastest-growing immigration law firms. The daughter of Mexican immigrants, she leads a 150-person, majority-women team serving clients nationwide. In 2025, her firm helped block Oklahoma’s anti-immigrant House Bill 4156, continuing her mission of Empoderando Inmigrantes, Construyendo Futuros.
