Ryan J McGraw

Possessing extensive experience in both business transactions and counseling as well as a variety of civil litigation matters, Ryan J. McGraw is an attorney at Rittgers & Rittgers, Attorneys at Law. Located in Lebanon, Ohio, he provides representation to companies and individuals throughout the state where he was born and raised, and he is admitted to practice before all Ohio state courts. Part of Ryan's business practice involves his representation of entrepreneurs who are starting a new venture. In this regard, he advises them as to the most appropriate form of legal entity that the business should operate under, and he then prepares and reviews employment agreements and other contracts. Ryan's experience also includes handling breach of contract and other litigation as well as working on mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions. Another part of his practice is devoted to the parents and other family members of children who have been sexually abused by representatives of entities and organizations such as religious and educational institutions and care facilities, and his background also includes helping clients whose civil rights have been violated by law enforcement authorities or other government officials. Ryan attended The Ohio State University as an undergraduate, where he majored in criminology and received a Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude in 2009. His legal education was obtained at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, and he was awarded his Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 2012. Ryan is a member of numerous legal organizations, including the Cincinnati and Warren County bar associations, National Crime Victim Bar Association, the Ohio Association for Justice, and the Southwest Ohio Trial Lawyers Association. Active in his community as well, he has served on the board of the Powel Crosley Jr. Branch YMCA and the St. Xavier High School Young Alumni Board.
