John Rinehart Bryant

John Rinehart Bryant is the founding attorney of Rinehart Bryant, PLLC, a family law firm serving clients throughout Stafford County, Spotsylvania County, and the greater Fredericksburg area of Virginia. Since 2008, he has devoted his practice almost exclusively to family and divorce law, representing clients in courts across Fredericksburg and surrounding jurisdictions, including Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George, Caroline, Prince William, Fauquier, Orange, and Fairfax. John focuses on helping individuals and families navigate divorce, custody, and support matters with clarity, practical strategy, and steady courtroom advocacy. John earned his B.A. in American History from the University of Pennsylvania in 2005 and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Richmond’s T.C. Williams School of Law in 2008. He is admitted to practice in Virginia and is an active member of the Virginia State Bar and the Fredericksburg Bar Association. When he is not advocating for clients, John enjoys time with his wife, Krista, their two sons, and their golden retriever, and he can often be found running, golfing, playing tennis, or traveling in and around Virginia.
