A. Kassi Rigney

Prior to founding Rigney Law, Kassi was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for nearly 12 years, handling all types and levels of criminal offenses. Kassi’s primary focus was drug offenses, practicing in the Major Felony Drug Courts for 8 years. During this time, she trained both attorneys and police department personnel on the handling of drug crime cases and investigations, including the writing and lawful execution of narcotics and firearm-targeted search warrants. Kassi concluded her tenure at the MCPO handling civil litigation in the Civil Asset Forfeiture Division.
