Richard S. Pakola Jr.

Rick has over twenty years of experience in civil and criminal practice, in both state and federal courts. He appears in throughout Rockland, Westchester, and Orange Counties, as well as in New York City, and in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. He specializes in estate planning, all trusts and estates issues and litigation, civil rights, criminal, and family law cases in trial level courts and on appeal.
