Glen Rice

As far back as Glen can remember, he wanted to help people. He found his first calling as a public defender in Alaska, where he handled misdemeanor, felony, and probation cases for the Alaska Public Defender Agency on the Kenai Peninsula and in Anchorage. In 2018, Glen moved back to the Pacific Northwest and became a law clerk to the Honorable David A. Kurtz on the Snohomish County Superior Court. After he was granted his Washington Bar License, Glen went to work for the Snohomish County Public Defender Association from 2020-2025. In May of 2025, Glen and Rob O'Neal started their own firm, Rice O'Neal PLLC. Glen focuses on criminal defense, protection order litigation, and rights restoration.
