I am an attorney specializing in divorce and family law cases. I am board certified by the Florida Bar in divorce and family law, a distinction held by less than 6% of attorneys in Florida. Additionally, I am a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator and have received formal training in the collaborative divorce process. I previously served as president of the Volusia County Bar Association and led its Family Law Section for over 20 years. I focus on working with divorcing spouses over the age of 55 and have significant experience handling high asset divorce cases. Having turned 65 a few years ago, I am familiar with the unique challenges seniors face during divorce. Throughout my 42-year career, I have drafted hundreds of prenuptial and premarital agreements. I assist clients in preparing, defending, and challenging these agreements. I also draft postnuptial agreements for spouses seeking to define their rights and responsibilities without pursuing a divorce. My primary office is located in Daytona Beach, Florida, and I handle cases in Volusia, Flagler, St. Johns, Putnam, Marion, and Seminole Counties.
