Free Consultation Rhoades and Morrow offers free initial consultations for all personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. During this consultation, we review the details of your situation, explain your legal options, and answer your questions so you can make an informed decision about next steps. Consultations may be conducted by phone, video, or in person, depending on availability. There is no obligation to move forward after the consultation. An attorney-client relationship is only established once a written agreement is signed. We encourage you to provide any relevant documents and details so we can give you the most accurate guidance possible.
Contingent Fees All personal injury and workers’ compensation cases are handled on a contingency fee basis at Rhoades and Morrow. This means you do not pay any attorney’s fees unless a recovery is obtained through settlement or award. Legal fees are calculated as a percentage of the recovery, as outlined in a written fee agreement provided before representation begins. Clients may be responsible for certain case-related costs, such as filing fees, medical records, or expert expenses, which will be explained in advance. If there is no recovery, no attorney’s fees are owed. We are committed to clear communication so you understand all terms before moving forward.
