Stephen Morrow

Stephen T. Morrow, Esq. is a Partner at Rhoades & Morrow, LLC, where he represents individuals and families across Delaware in personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. For over two decades, he has dedicated his career to helping injured clients navigate the legal system and obtain the justice and financial security they deserve. A graduate of Milford High School and Dickinson College, Stephen earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the New England School of Law in 2002. During law school, he distinguished himself as Executive Managing Editor of the New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement, and was active in both moot court and mock trial programs, experiences that sharpened his advocacy skills and courtroom presence. He is admitted to practice in Delaware, Massachusetts, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. Stephen’s professional leadership includes serving as Past President of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Delaware State Bar Association, where he also held roles as Co-Chair of the Legislative Committee and Secretary of the Section. He is a frequent speaker and presenter at continuing legal education seminars on topics such as workers’ compensation practice, trial advocacy, ethics, and personal injury litigation. Recognized by his peers for excellence in advocacy, Stephen has been selected to Super Lawyers (2023–2025) and named among Delaware Today’s “Top Lawyers” for personal injury law. Beyond his professional achievements, he is committed to serving the community by offering pro bono representation as a guardian ad litem for children in Delaware’s foster care system. A lifelong Delaware resident, Stephen lives in New Castle County with his wife and daughter. He combines strong legal knowledge with compassion and determination, earning the trust of clients who rely on him to protect their rights and secure fair results.
