Before joining Reynolds Defense Firm, I spent nearly two decades owning and operating a preferred collision repair shop, where I worked directly with major insurance companies and thousands of clients dealing with the aftermath of accidents. I know what it’s like to walk alongside people during some of the hardest days of their lives, and I understand how to communicate with empathy while helping them take the next step forward. My earlier work as an insurance claims representative and liability adjuster gave me extensive experience investigating incidents, assessing injuries and damages, and negotiating fair outcomes—skills that naturally translate into effective legal advocacy. I also gained valuable legal experience working in business and immigration law, handling matters such as corporate filings, deportation defense, and family-based petitions. These experiences reinforced the importance of clear communication, cultural understanding, and meeting clients where they are—values that align closely with Reynolds Defense Firm’s approach to representation. My background in investigation, negotiation, and customer service serves as a strong foundation for my work here, and my ability to build trust allows me to guide clients through the anxiety of a criminal charge.
