About
I am an immigration attorney devoted to guiding individuals and families through the challenges of U.S. immigration law with clarity and confidence. My passion for this work stems from my own experiences—born in Yemen and raised in New York City, I have a personal understanding of the obstacles immigrants face while building a life in the United States. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Political Science, from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Later, I completed my Juris Doctor at Hofstra University School of Law, where I concentrated on federal and immigration law. My practice covers a wide range of immigration matters, including asylum and humanitarian relief, deportation and removal defense, family-based petitions, adjustment of status, and green card applications. I frequently represent clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and immigration courts under the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), advocating for them at every stage of the immigration process. Before starting my own firm, I gained meaningful experience working with organizations dedicated to defending immigrant rights. During this time, I managed complex cases and provided legal support to vulnerable communities seeking stability and protection. In 2024, I established my own law office in the Bronx, New York, with the goal of offering dedicated and accessible immigration representation. My practice is guided by principles of integrity, transparency, and client-centered advocacy. I am especially committed to supporting immigrant and Arab communities, ensuring my clients fully understand their legal options and feel empowered throughout their cases.
