Retired after 45 years from the practice of law. Two arguments before the US Supreme Court, many before the Hawaii Supreme Court and various US Circuit Courts of Appeal and District Courts. Wrote Nimitz at Ease, chronically the previously untold story about how his grandparents gave Fleet Admiral Nimitz the time and space away from the enormous demands of commanding the largest armed force in history, thereby helping him win the Pacific War.
