Mr. Patrick has extensive experience with brand and product line development, intellectual property licensing, data privacy, and anti-counterfeiting. Mr. Patrick’s practice also includes counseling clients on the clearance, selection, maintenance, and enforcement of trademarks in the United States and worldwide, as well as prosecuting trademark applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and representing clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Mr. Patrick works closely with clients to achieve a comprehensive understanding of their business activities, drivers, and objectives.
