Attorney Jolene Schneider focuses her family law practice exclusively on divorce, child custody, and related matters. With nearly 30 years of experience, she has helped individuals and families navigate complex legal challenges with clarity and confidence. In addition to her courtroom experience, she is a trained Mediator and Arbitrator, often selected by other attorneys to help resolve their most challenging cases. She is actively involved in shaping the future of family law in Wisconsin. As Chair-Elect of the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Family Law Section and Co-Chair of its Legislation Committee, she works on drafting and advocating for new laws, including testifying before the Wisconsin Legislature. She also serves on the Editorial Board of the Wisconsin Journal of Family Law and has previously contributed to the State Bar’s Fee Arbitration Panel. Dedicated to educating others, she regularly presents to attorneys and judges on family law topics and contributes articles for both clients and legal professionals.
