Spencer J. Wingert

I am a family law attorney with REimagine Law Group, LLC, where I assist clients with matters such as divorces, child custody and placement disputes, legal separation, child support, maintenance/alimony, and more. Early in my career, I practiced in Southwestern Wisconsin, earning respect for my negotiation approach. Later, I relocated with my family to Southeastern and central Wisconsin, where I continue to serve clients today. My goal is always to act in the best interest of my clients, respecting their time and financial resources. While I strive to work collaboratively with the opposing party whenever possible, I will not hesitate to use aggressive strategies to help achieve the desired outcome. I will lay out the options in detail to my clients, preview possible outcomes in their case, and always let them dictate the approach we take.
