Dennis Craig Reich

As a trial attorney, Dennis Reich has been involved in many complex and nationally significant cases. Mr. Reich has served as lead or co-lead counsel in many large-scale toxic tort and environmental litigation cases where cancer causation issues were the focus.. He has also played an important role in many MDL proceedings. He has also been appointed to multiple Plaintiff Steering Committees. Additionally, Mr. Reich has represented workers in refineries, railroads, farms, agricultural settings, and airplane mechanic positions. These workers were exposed to toxic solvents and carcinogens that produced neurological injuries and hematological cancers. He has also represented residential clients residing closely to superfund sites who suffered these same injuries from exposure to pesticides, lead, and other solvents. Mr. Reich attended the University of Connecticut and graduated with a B.A., magna cum laude, in 1972. After earning his undergraduate degree, he graduated from the University of Houston College of Law with a J.D. in 1975. He then completed the Hastings College of Law Advocacy Certification Program in San Francisco, California, in 1977. In 1984 he co-founded the law firm of Reich & Binstock, LLP. In addition to an intense and extensive litigation practice, Mr. Reich participates and presents at bar association and law school programs. Reich & Binstock, LLP is an AV Preeminent-rated law firm based in Houston, Texas. Over the years, much of Mr. Reich’s practice has involved environmental litigation. Throughout Mr. Reich’s environmental practice, he has worked extensively with leading scientists in their respective fields. Mr. Reich has enjoyed collegial relationships with attorneys and their law firms nationwide in obtaining beneficial outcomes for his clients.
