Current Emeritus member of National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, NACDL, Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys Association, plus Maryland State and Montgomery County Bar Associations, where he was formerly a frequent lecturer. Most recently taught other lawyers about DUI practice in a County Bar CLE; admitted to Maryland Bar, 1968, Maryland Federal U.S. District Court, 1969, and Supreme Court, 1974. Frequently a solo, and willing to consult with active attorneys.
