Nicky Kvitsinski

I am an Associate Attorney at Reel Fathers Rights APC, bringing a combination of academic distinction and rigorous trial advocacy training to my practice as a family law attorney in Orange County and Los Angeles. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Western State College of Law — placing me among the top of my graduating class — and earned three CALI Awards during law school, each awarded to the single highest-performing student in a given course. I also received the prestigious Witkin Award, recognizing exceptional scholarly achievement, and served as a Marketing Editor for the Law Review, publishing original legal research. In 2025, I completed the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) Family Law Program — widely regarded as the gold standard in American trial advocacy education — which reinforced my academic foundation with the practical trial skills that complex family law cases demand. I earned my B.A. from the University of California, Santa Cruz before earning my J.D. from Western State College of Law. I joined Reel Fathers Rights as a Post-Bar Clerk immediately following law school and transitioned to Associate Attorney upon my admission to the California State Bar in 2023. Fluent in English and Farsi, I extend my accessibility to the large Persian-speaking communities of Orange County and Los Angeles. Since my bar admission, I have been a dedicated advocate for fathers in Family Courts across Southern California, appearing before the Lamoreaux Justice Center in Orange, the Stanley Mosk Courthouse and Long Beach Courthouse in Los Angeles, and the Pomona Courthouse South — fighting for fathers in Irvine, Anaheim, Santa Ana, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Fullerton, Long Beach, and throughout Orange County and Los Angeles County.
