Rebecca M. Guerra

I currently focus my practice in HoganWillig’s Estate Planning & Elder Law department. I practice in areas of probate estates, estate planning, trusts and guardianship law. Prior to joining HoganWillig, I practiced in the areas of medical malpractice defense and workers’ compensation defense law. I received my Juris Doctor degree in 2012, Magna Cum Laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Before law school, I was an executive with a workflow software firm in Rochester, New York.
