James A. Greer

Mr. Greer is a 38-year experienced expert in real estate and construction law. He founded a litigation law firm in 1988 and together with a staff of attorneys and paralegals accomplished a career of success in over 2200 litigated files. An extensively accomplished Attorney (c 1986), a certified Arbitrator (i.e. Private Judge, c 1996), and a licensed General Contractor (c 2005), he now serves clientele in California and Colorado in connection with their requests for consultation, dispute management, transactional matters, mediation, or arbitration.
