Brian P. Ballo

Brian P. Ballo has been a real estate attorney for 38 years in Orange and San Diego counties. Brian is a member of the California Bar, having received his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law (Law Review, Lead Articles Editor), and a LL.M. in Taxation from University of San Diego. He graduated with honors from the University of Michigan. Uniquely, he also holds a California real estate broker’s license and FINRA Series 79, 7 and 66 licenses. His specialization in real estate and securities law, enables him to competently handle both transaction and litigation matters in the real estate and securities areas.
