Michael J Posner is a partner at Ward Damon Posner Pheterson & Bleau, a multi-disciplined law firm primarily serving South Florida. His practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate, business and corporate law, homeowner/condominium association representation, complex real estate litigation, and wills, trusts and estate planning. Mr. Posner has handled real estate closings from $100,000 to over $40 million and has examined over 7,000 title files covering vacant land, single and multi-family homes, large commercial buildings, condominiums and co-ops and other unique land interests. His professional involvement in the local community includes Foreclosure Commissioner of the U.S. Housing and Urban Development, Special Magistrate of the Palm Beach Value Adjustment Board, and Special Magistrate of the Village of Wellington Code Enforcement Board.
