Kristen L. Doleva-Lecher

Mrs. Doleva-Lecher is a long time resident of Pennsylvania, and has practiced law in central PA the majority of her professional career. She has established a reputation for being a fair, honest and strong attorney. Mrs. Doleva-Lecher has resided in Berks County the majority of her life and is a 1993 graduate of Wyomissing Area High School. Mrs. Doleva-Lecher attended the University of Pittsburgh where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree (major in Political Science and dual minors in Psychology and English Literature) in 1997. During her time at the University of Pittsburgh, Mrs. Doleva-Lecher was a proud member of Kappa Alpha Theta national sorority. Mrs. Doleva-Lecher earned her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. She was a certified legal intern in the City of Fort Lauderdale’s Prosecutor’s Office where she prosecuted hundreds of defendants often leading to trial. Upon graduation, she returned to Pennsylvania and has been practicing law since 2003. She is licensed in the Pennsylvania state courts. Mrs. Doleva-Lecher has spent several years employed by larger firms is now maintaining her own solo practice. Mrs. Doleva-Lecher focuses her practice on every aspect of family law. Additionally, Mrs. Doleva-Lecher is certified in Mediation. In addition to accepting court appointed mediations, Mrs. Doleva-Lecher is welcoming independent mediation clients for family law, and disputes between children and parents. Mrs. Doleva-Lecher is a member of the Penn State Berks Advisory Board and volunteers her time with a number of nonprofits. She spends her free time playing golf and tennis, reading, and rooting for the Phillies and Eagles. She lives in Wyomissing with her husband and three children.
