Marion Lee Wasserman

Marion Lee Wasserman is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation (Certified Member). In addition, she is on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation. As the founder and sole proprietor of Reach Accord Law and Mediation Services*, Marion Lee Wasserman has been specializing in family and divorce matters for over ten years. Her practice is currently dedicated exclusively to these areas of practice. Marion formerly assisted businesses with technology-related legal matters. Marion's experience in the business world gives her a broad perspective that couples and families appreciate and find beneficial. Marion has been providing mediation services since 1995 and has extensive mediation training through basic and advanced programs. She has mediation experience in both private and court-sponsored programs, including programs of the Norfolk Superior Court, the Plymouth District Court and the Community Dispute Settlement Center. Marion's mediation training includes advanced training in divorce mediation (Divorce Mediation Training Associates and the Community Dispute Settlement Center) and special additional training in the mediation of family disputes (Mediation Works, Inc.). Marion has been granted certification by the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation. Marion is also trained in the collaborative law approach to dispute resolution. She received her collaborative law training through the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council. Marion has taught Legal Studies at Brandeis University and has taught writing at Tufts University. She is a professional writer and the author of a book about family issues.
