Roslyn Yvette Bazzelle

Roslyn Bazzelle Mitchell is the Founder and Managing Attorney of RBM Law Group. She formed RBM Law Group as a boutique firm providing personalized legal services to meet the ever-changing needs of her clients. With over two decades of legal experience handling corporate, real estate and intellectual property matters, her goal is to help her clients do what they do best, which is operate their businesses, while she supports and handles their legal needs. She is driven by her own passion for business and creativity to chart a path toward establishing a more diverse, inclusive and equitable group of attorneys to advance the knowledge and decrease the gap of disparity for the businesses and individuals RBM Law Group represents. Ms. Bazzelle is a frequent speaker on corporate, real estate and intellectual property matters for organizations, including, the State Bar of Texas CLE Program, University of Houston communications law program, Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law CLE and student programs, Texas Business Alliance One Woman Conference, Women Business Owners National Business Convention, Houston Bar Association CLE program and the National MBA Association Houston Division.
