About
Justin G. Randolph has represented immigrants and employees since 2001. He studied immigration law at DePaul University College of Law, where an asylum clinic gave him his first hands-on experience with complex, highly personal cases. After law school, he practiced at boutique firms handling both immigration matters and employment discrimination claims. In 2004, he opened the Law Office of Justin G. Randolph, focusing on immigration and removal defense in the Chicago area. A significant part of his current practice is helping couples obtain marriage-based green cards and other family-based immigration benefits. In 2019, he and Philip Holloway co-founded Randolph & Holloway LLC to concentrate on employment discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and other workplace disputes, while Justin continues his immigration practice through his original firm. Justin regularly appears before the Illinois Department of Human Rights, the Illinois Human Rights Commission, the Merit Systems Protection Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and in state and federal courts. Since 2007, he has also taught immigration law and procedure to paralegal students at Wright College.
