I have been dedicated to defending clients in California for over 24 years, focusing on aggressive and effective representation. Throughout my career, I have successfully handled more than 13,000 criminal cases, earning trust and respect in Sacramento County courts. My journey in criminal law began in 2009 when I worked as a prosecutor in the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office. This experience provided me with a deep understanding of how the prosecution builds cases, which later became invaluable when I transitioned to criminal defense in 2012. By leveraging my prosecutorial background, I focus on identifying weaknesses in the state's case to better defend those I represent. In 2015, I established my own criminal defense practice in Sacramento, concentrating exclusively on local courts. This allowed me to build strong connections with judges and prosecutors, which continues to benefit my clients. Three years later, I celebrated a milestone of achieving 500 successful case outcomes, including dismissals, acquittals, and favorable plea agreements. Recognizing the growing demand for our services, I expanded my team in 2022 by adding associate attorneys and support staff. This expansion ensured that we could handle a larger caseload while maintaining the personalized attention each client deserves. By 2025, I reached another milestone, having defended over 1,000 clients and achieving a consistent 95% success rate in securing favorable outcomes.
