Brian Keith Hugen

I have 17 years experience practicing law in personal injury and insurance law. I graduated law school with honors and was an associate editor on the Indiana Law Review. My father, a pastor and seminary professor, taught me that we should serve others and care for those in need. This means more than getting a client a financial settlement. When a person is seriously injured, they need someone to listen, guide them through the medical and financial struggles and fight for them when dealing with insurance companies. The insurance companies are often not “good neighbors” or “on your side.” I fight for my clients, from all walks of life, to be treated fairly and with honor and respect.
