About
Jeremy McNabb is a native Arkansan, born and raised in Pocahontas. He graduated from Pocahontas High School and attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, where he earned a degree in business finance. During college, he decided to pursue a legal career and moved to Little Rock to attend the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Jeremy is licensed to practice law in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Missouri. Immediately after law school, Jeremy practiced criminal law for the State of Arkansas and learned how to navigate a courtroom. He then joined the attorneys who would later found Rainwater, Holt & Sexton. “I have been fortunate enough to be with Rainwater, Holt & Sexton from the very beginning. It has been exciting to be part of a team that has grown into the largest personal injury law firm in Arkansas,” he says. Growing up in the McNabb home, Jeremy recalls being taught two essential life principles: always give your best effort and live a life of service to others. Whether raising a family, practicing his faith, or representing clients, he strives to put both principles into practice. At Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, Jeremy serves clients across multiple practice areas, including representing county officials in the county defense practice, helping establish and grow the Social Security Disability practice, and advocating for clients with serious personal injuries. “For me, it always comes back to those two essential life principles. We represent people with complicated legal issues, and that requires nothing less than my best effort every time. I want each of my clients to know that my representation of them is my highest priority, and that their interests always come before mine,” Jeremy says.
