John Rainwater has been practicing law in Arkansas since 2009. After completing his Juris Doctorate at the University of Arkansas School of Law in Little Rock, Arkansas, John was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 2009. He was also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas in 2009 and practiced before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas in 2011. Before becoming an attorney, John earned his B.S.B.A. in Accountancy from the Sam Walton School of Business at the University of Arkansas in 2005. John’s accounting degree trained him to think practically, efficiently, and logically, allowing him to be a better advocate for his clients. He puts this education and experience to work every day in serving his clients’ interests. John is a board member of the Volunteers’ Organization Center for Arkansas Legal Services (VOCALS), and is a board member of the Alumni Association of the William H. Bowen School of Law. He was a member of the House of Delegates of the Arkansas Bar Association from 2015-2018, has served on several different committees of the Arkansas Bar Association, and was a member of the Executive Council of the Young Lawyers’ Section of the Arkansas Bar Association from 2014-2018. He was the treasurer, vice-president and president of the Debtor-Creditor Bar of Central Arkansas from 2014-2017. He is an active member of Immanuel Baptist Church and has coached Little League Baseball at Junior Deputy since 2015. John was recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in Little Rock
